Brian Cliff Olguin (b. 1982) is a photographer with a background in documentary photography and journalism. His personal work explores socio-economic issues such as inequality, identity, and class structures in Norway.
In addition to pursuing independent projects, Olguin has worked as an editorial photographer for numerous NGOs and media outlets in Norway and abroad. His work has been published in publications including The New York Times, Aftonbladet, VG, Klassekampen, and Politiken.
In 2019, he received the Norwegian Picture of the Year award for a photograph from his long-term project Bygården, which documents the lives of Norwegians living in public housing.
Olguin has also served as a guest lecturer at several higher education institutions, mentored emerging photographers, and participated on juries for grants and photography awards.
